Service Description

Use this to schedule your coaching sessions if you purchased Ultimate Transformation, Couples Ultimate Transformation, 30 Day Jumpstart or Nutrition Coaching Membership

Cancellation Policy

Any plans, packages, individual coaching sessions or Boost Services may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the start of the program or the scheduled appointment for a full refund. No refunds will be given for any reason if cancelled or client does not show up for service within 72 hours. Recurrent no-shows for coaching appointments may lead to termination of the plan without refund.
