  3. Understand and be able to reintroduce and test new foods and personalize the diet for yourself long-term

  4. Learn other factors not fodmap related that might be contributing to your GI symptoms and actionable steps to take


This course will be offered at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 coaching. It includes a 6 week meal plan, numerous handouts, a supplement consult, and step-by-step guides to change your lifestyle and reduce inflammation for good!
