What if there is an ingredient in a recipe I don’t like?

You can edit recipes that are recorded in your diary to match what you made. Please note the changes made do not get saved in the base recipe at this time.

In the diary click the meal you would like to change

Then click the three dots in the right upper corner and select edit (you can also select delete recipe if you want to remove it completely)

You can now click on ingredients to change the amounts, you can add ingredients or delete them.

Make sure to click finish editing at the end.

How do I filter recipes?

In the search bar click the icon on the right side with three lines

Choose which filters you would like

I don’t recommend applying more than 2-3 filters as it may limit choices too much

What if the auto generator does not find enough options.
Remove some of the filters. The more restrictive the filters the less options the software has to choose from.
How do I shop with the grocery list?

Make sure you have the week planned the way you want and save it. After saving you can click “Grocery List” next to the dates corresponding to the plan you are shopping for.

While at the store simply click on each item in the list as you work your way through the store.

If you already have all the ingredients for a recipe you can choose to not include that recipe in the list. Just click the check mark and it will uncheck that recipe.

I recommend updating the list with what you already have at home. That way you don’t get extra items at the store

Can I print a recipe or the grocery list?

Unfortunately there is not an option to print from the app
-

What if I want to batch cook or repeat the same recipe multiple times in a week?
-
Generate your week and delete the recipes you are going to use a batch cooked recipe in place of it. Then click to add a recipe. Search for the exact name of the recipe you will be creating. This should make it easy to find.

When you create your grocery list you can change the number of servings you are making for each recipe

Where do I view nutrition info for each recipe?

From the meal plan screen

Click the recipe. Click view detail and scroll down to Nutrition – click Details

How do I search for an food or recipes to add to my diary?

We have multiple ways!
-
Click the + icon on the top right hand corner and then select Log Meal > Log Food then search for the ingredient you would like to add

On the Home screen click the + icon under Meals
-
From the Plan screen click Day and then select the meals you ate from your plan

How do I log my health data

From the Home screen you can add meals, water, exercise, and sleep
-
Meals can be added in multiple ways – see #8 on the FAQ list
-
Water can be added on the Home screen. Scroll down to hydration
-
Exercise and Activity can be added on the Home Screen. Scroll down to energy out.

It can also sync to FitBit, Polar and Apple Health to automatically import data
