Use this to schedule your initial consult prior to creating your Custom Meal Plan

Cancellation Policy

Any plans, packages, individual coaching sessions or Boost Services may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the start of the program or the scheduled appointment for a full refund. No refunds will be given for any reason if cancelled or client does not show up for service within 72 hours. Recurrent no-shows for coaching appointments may lead to termination of the plan without refund.
