I will email you a detailed questionaire to fill out prior to the call so i can tailor services for your specific needs. I will call you at the arranged time and we will discuss your needs and how I can help. Together we will decide which program is the best start for you.

Cancellation Policy

Any plans, packages, individual coaching sessions or Boost Services may be cancelled 72 hours prior to the start of the program or the scheduled appointment for a full refund. No refunds will be given for any reason if cancelled or client does not show up for service within 72 hours. Recurrent no-shows for coaching appointments may lead to termination of the plan without refund.
