The 21 Day Jumpstart Program is simple and provides a basic understanding of Primal principles. The program starts the 1st of each month and includes videos, articles and challenges on focused topics each day. It takes 21 days to adopt a new habit or change an old one. We will work together to achieve immediate results.
This 12 week coaching program is our chance to connect 1:1. We will meet weekly to explore lifestyle changes over a large scope including nutrition, meal planning, fitness, sleep quality, personality assessment, household management as well as other topics for sustainable self care and longevity. In addition to weekly meetings you will receive resources and daily support for your tough questions. Additional sessions may be purchased a la carte at anytime.
