Nutrition… What the heck are you putting in your body? Let’s sort out what foods to eat more of and which to ditch.
Meal planning kitchen reorganization… Time to set up your kitchen space to create simple balanced meals and acquire the tools and planning strategies to be successful! This also includes education on reading labels and where to acquire the most naturally sources nutritionally dense food in your area as well as shopping tips at your local store. Ill also teach you 1:1 cooking tips and tricks for high volume batch cooking.
Lifestyle reorientation… Time to slow it down folks! Let’s create a sleeping sanctuary where you can obtain a solid night’s sleep, and ideas for connecting to nature and getting some vitamin D; your immunity defense! Time to clean out your closet of clothes and items you don’t need and get back to basics... How can we all start acquiring less stuff and organize the belongings that are meaningful to us? Resources will be available to unplug your household and reconnect with your local recreational opportunities.
Physical Activity... Let’s assess if your activities are truly aligned with your goals... Are you doing too much cardio? Have you tried yoga? What do you do for fun? What is your strength training component? What are your resources in the community to make this happen? What are some workouts you can do in your living room?

The end result? You will feel positive, have more energy and in control of your life. I’m not promising you will look like a Greek god/goddess or anything, but I will provide resources, tools, and daily tasks to help set you up for success. We may decide to completely overhaul your kitchen, dumping food that doesn't contribute to long term health, adding back in those that will give you energy, and making sure you have tools to meal prep like a champ. We may take trips to local gyms or studios, parks, grocery stores and co-ops… Heck we may even reorganize your closet and make your bedroom a ZEN NATION so you can sleep. Oh also? Also..... It will be CRAZY FUN and not scary. You’ll be equipped to make sustainable lifestyle changes for yourself and your family and really reorient to where you want to spend your time most.
